We will begin each morning with a devotion about what it means to be lovely and fierce. Then we will spend a time doing stationary ball-handling as a whole group. Players and coaches from the varsity team will each take a team of girls for the week to work through drills emphasizing the fundamentals of basketball. Each day will end with a contest to test what they have learned. Each day of camp will have a "lovely and fierce" camper of the day who will receive a rose. All campers will receive a framed, group picture and a practice card to guide their work beyond camp.

Coach Robin Matz
Varsity Girls Basketball Coach
She began her basketball coaching career in 2001 at Valley Christian High School in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She has served as an assistant and head coach at the high school level as well as an assistant at Lawrence University. Most recently, she was the Head Girls Basketball Coach at her alma mater, Menasha High School in Wisconsin. While Coach Matz has experience on the hardwood, she is known for her passionate efforts to build relationships and a team culture rooted on her love for Jesus.
