Does my child have to attend The Master’s Academy to attend any of the available camps?
No! Your child does not need to be a registered student of The Master’s Academy to register for camp.
TMA Day Camps
If my child is registered for a TMA Day/Sports Camp in the morning and then for a different camp in the afternoon, is there care available during lunch time?
Yes, this service will be provided to those who have registered. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch as lunch will not be provided. Please send an email to register for this service to communications@mastersacademy.org. Students who are not registered for a camp after lunch will be assessed a wrap around fee charge.
TMA Day Camps - Is there a dress code that my children need to adhere to?
TMA asks that all clothing fit appropriately and is modest. Boys may not wear earrings. Inappropriate slogans, logos, or language on clothing are not permitted.
Can I register my child for Camp Eagle on the same week as TMA Day/Sports Camp?
Children can only choose to be registered for either Camp Eagle or TMA Day/Sports camp(s) each week. Children would not be able to combine Camp Eagle and Day Camps in the same week.
Camp Eagle
Must my Camp Eagle Medical Authorization be notarized?
All students need to have their Medical Authorization form notarized. A notary will be at the parent orientation to notarize medical forms. The parent orientation date will be emailed to parents of registered campers. If a camper registers after parent orientation or does not attend the orientation it is the responsibility of the family to get the document notarized.
Camp Eagle - Is there a dress code that my children need to adhere to?
Students attending Camp Eagle are required to wear their camp shirts. Sample sizes for camp shirts will be available in the Lower School Office and at the Parent Orientation Meeting.
How are sibling credits applied?
If you have paid for a full week of camp, sibling discounts will be applied during the weekly check in at Camp Eagle. If you paid the deposit only, the sibling discount will be deducted from the remaining balance.
How do I sign up for Camp Eagle's extended care?
Parents can register and pay for extended care in advance or on the Monday of each camp week.
Does my child have to attend The Master’s Academy to attend Camp Eagle?
No! Your child does not need to be a registered student of The Master’s Academy to register for camp. The only exception are students entering K5. Students entering K5 must be registered as a TMA student for the 2016-2017 school year.
